The role

In your new role as an HR Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for administrative HR matters. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Running the onboarding process, including adding new joiners to Workday and conducting right to work checks.
  • Arranging inductions for new joiners.
  • Acting as point of contact for HR queries e.g. holiday queries.
  • Providing assistance with the appraisal processes.
  • Assisting with annual salary and bonus review processes
