A leading technology firm in the UK is seeking a Graduate HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, including administration, employee engagement, and payroll support. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic graduate with strong data skills, eager to learn HR processes in a hybrid role based in High Wycombe. This position offers a supportive environment for developing a broad HR skillset with clear progression pathways.
As our Graduate HR Coordinator, you'll support the day‑to‑day operations of our HR function across Head Office – combining hands‑on people interaction with structured, detail‑driven work. You'll develop broad HR expertise while building strong relationships across teams and gaining experience in:
Payroll and data work will require confidence with numbers and attention to detail – but the heart of this role is HR, problem‑solving and working with people.
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, people‑orientated and analytical graduate who is passionate about developing a career in HR, and enjoys working with people, working with data, improving processes, and contributing to a high‑performance culture. It provides a strong foundation for progression into HR generalist, people analytics, or talent development pathways.
Experience with HR systems or payroll data is helpful but absolutely not essential.

This role is a hybrid role with the main location being High Wycombe. We work from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and finish at 1:00 pm on Fridays, allowing you to start your weekend early.
