A leading defence technology company in the UK is seeking an HR Process Co-ordinator to manage and deliver complex HR administrative services. This role involves end-to-end process management across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Candidate requirements include NVQ Level 4 or CIPD Level 5 qualifications, alongside strong organisational skills and experience in HR operations. This is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic team and contribute to the strategic goals of the company.
The HR Process Co‑Ordinator is responsible for delivering and coordinating complex HR administrative services. These include employee lifecycle changes, reward, benefits & organisation development administration, and cyclical people processes. The role ensures operational excellence and compliance, partners with Centre's of Expertise and HRBPs, and supports continuous improvement in employee experience, system workflows, and service metrics. The role holder will be part of the Employee Services team, which includes AskHR, Payroll, Talent Attraction, Onboarding and Manager Advice. This is a great role to build a breadth of knowledge across many core HR activities and also support the strategic owners of each activity in the People Leadership Team (PLT). As such this can be a great foundation for further career growth into more senior HR roles (we prefer candidates to hold or be willing to obtain CIPD Level 3 or 5).
The team sits within the broader Enterprise Services Function alongside other key service lines, such as IT and Financial Services, providing that alternate route for progression. It is a small team of four, highly capable, who expect you to be on‑site at least three days per week. The most important requirement is a high agency (can‑do mindset) and a positive energy for the work and team.
