A dynamic HR consultancy in Glasgow is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their team. In this full-time position, you will lead HR efforts for various clients, providing expert advice throughout the employee lifecycle. The role involves managing complex HR projects and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The HR Practice is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our team. This is a full time role however we are open to part-time / flexible working, permanent role, with hours to be agreed.
This is a fantastic role for someone who loves variety, autonomy and genuinely partnering with clients to make a difference. At The HR Practice, we work on-site with our clients, becoming an extension of their management team and providing practical, commercial HR advice that drives results.
