A UK-based luxury estate is seeking a proactive HR Co-Ordinator to support HR operations and guide employees through the full employee lifecycle. The role demands previous HR experience and offers a competitive salary and exceptional benefits, including 30 days annual leave, access to luxury facilities, and professional growth opportunities. Full Time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary of between £27,000 per annum, plus monthly TRONC

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people focused HR Co‑Ordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent support across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, providing guidance to employees, and supporting managers with day‑to‑day HR processes.
Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, three holiday cottages and award winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.
