An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Change Manager to join a London based university. This role is pivotal in leading the people aspects of organisational change following a merger to ensure a smooth integration of Professional services and alignment with the University’s strategic goals.

Role information :
  • Salary : £51,753 - £61,759 per annum
  • Contract type : Full time, fixed term (12 months)
  • Start date : February :
  • Location : London
  • Working pattern : Hybrid – 3 days on site
Job responsibilities :
  • Lead and manage the people aspects of the integration process, ensuring effective delivery of change initiatives and minimising impact on staff.
  • Partner with Professional Service Directors and the Change Support Unit to design and implement change proposals aligned with Target Operating Model principles.
  • Oversee and coordinate individual and collective consultation processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and transparent communication.
  • Act as HR lead for trade union engagement, maintaining constructive relationships and managing formal consultations.
