Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational goals.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies, mitigating risk and promoting best practices, including representation and preparation of tribunal bundles should any claims arise.
  • Support change management processes, including restructures, mergers, and cultural transformation.
  • Collaborate with the HR Shared Services Team to develop processes and procedures that enhance best practice and improve HR operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and manage UK benefits administration.
  • Attend monthly payroll meetings to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve business performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a complex, multinational organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with global HR shared service teams.
