A fast-growing entrepreneurial business is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support a recently acquired part of the business. This role requires building strong stakeholder relationships and driving people projects with autonomy and strategic insight. The ideal candidate will possess broad HR experience and excellent communication skills, with weekly travel to Crawley included in the responsibilities.

Overview

A fast-growing, entrepreneurial business that's expanding at pace and now looking for an HRBP to join the team. This is a brand-new role and a key part of the wider people function.

Responsibilities
  • Support a recently acquired part of the business, working directly with the founders to bring them into the wider matrix.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive people projects and contribute to the UK team's wider initiatives.
  • Think on your feet, anticipate stakeholder needs before they ask, and understand the ripple effect of your work across the business.
  • Operate with autonomy and bring credibility, emotional intelligence and confidence to work closely with senior leaders, including the C-Suite.
  • Travel to the Crawley site weekly to support the local team (travel expenses reimbursed).

Location & Travel

Based at the head office in Hammersmith with weekly travel to Crawley. Travel expenses are reimbursed.
