Job summary

A leading care provider in the UK is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide expert HR support. This pivotal role involves working closely with Home Managers to ensure operational excellence and compliance with employment law. Candidates must have a CIPD Level 7 qualification or be working towards it, and possess strong expertise in employee relations. The position is fully remote with only one required on-site visit each month.

We are working with a leading care provider who is seeking a pragmatic and solutions-focused HR Business Partner to join their team on an interim basis - strong permanent opportunities also available

This is a pivotal role, supporting Home Managers across multiple sites to deliver operational excellence, manage risk, and ensure consistent, high-quality people practices.

It is effectively fully remote, with an on site presence required just once a month.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the trusted HR expert for Home Managers, providing hands-on support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
  • Coach managers to confidently handle sensitive people issues and embed consistent practices.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies, safeguarding the organisation from risk.
  • Drive consistency in policy implementation, performance management, and documentation standards.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 7 (or working towards) with proven experience in complex ER case management.
  • Immediately Available to start a new role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law; multi-site or care sector experience advantageous.
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions-driven, with excellent coaching and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential, due to regular travel requirements.
