A governmental organization in London is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR business partnering services. The role involves working closely with senior leaders and influencing outcomes in line with organizational priorities. DHSC are currently in the early stages of a major transformation programme to bring together NHS England employees and DHSC employees to help enable delivery of the 10 Year Health Plan.

HR Business Partners (HRBPs) report to the Senior HR Business Partner and will be part of a wider team, working collaboratively, to provide a quality HR business partnering service across DHSC. You will partner at a senior leader level including Senior Civil Servants (SCS) ranging from SCS3 to SCS1 and will play a critical leadership role within the business. You will role model good practice and live and breathe DHSC values, integrating as integral members of your business area’s Senior Leadership Teams (SLTs) providing support and challenge.
As a HRBP, you will be the face of HR for your area of the business. You will work closely with your business areas to help influence outcomes, providing appropriate support and challenge, enabling successful delivery of current and future business priorities in line with professional standards, policies and legal frameworks.
In this role, you will use your experience and understanding of strategic workforce planning, organisational design, performance and talent management, and the identification of creative people solutions whilst working closely with key stakeholders, you will develop and deliver people interventions to enable the business to address and respond to their key people risks.
