Overview
HR Business Partner role (6-month fixed-term) with Vita Health Group. You will partner with service leads and senior managers to oversee HR operations in the assigned areas, lead on HR projects, provide guidance to management, analyse HR data, resolve employee relations issues, and suggest HR strategies aligned with business goals. You will have current management responsibility for the HR Senior Advisor and HR Officer. All applicants must be legally entitled to work in the UK and the role is subject to a DBS check.
Responsibilities
- Partner with service leads and senior managers to oversee HR operations within the assigned areas.
- Lead on project areas for the HR team and drive HR initiatives in line with business goals.
- Provide guidance to management and analyse HR data.
- Resolve employee relation issues and implement HR strategies.
- manage the HR Senior Advisor and HR Officer.
Requirements
- Previous HR experience within an HR environment
- Experience of formal HR processes including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence management and TUPE
- Experience of using HR systems/databases
- Good understanding of employment law and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work with managers across all levels
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
Desirable
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD or a desire to do so
- HR experience within the healthcare sector
- Project management experience (e.g., EDI projects, workforce planning, wellbeing)
