HR Business Partner

Location: Cornwall

Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: 6 month, (Fixed-Term)

Start date: ASAP

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a large and complex organisation in Cornwall on a fixed-term basis. This role will play a key part in supporting organisational change and workforce development during a period of transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver workforce planning, organisational development and people priorities.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law, HR policies, and people management to inform business decisions.
  • Lead on HR interventions and workforce solutions to support service transformation.
  • Coach and influence senior managers to embed best practice in leadership and employee engagement.
  • Contribute to the delivery of exceptional services through effective people management and workforce planning.
About You
  • Experienced HR professional with a track record in business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and organisational change.
  • Confident in coaching and influencing senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).
