Job Summary

We are looking for experienced HR Business Partners to join a fast paced, operational environment where HR truly drives business performance. This is a strategic role working directly with senior leadership to shape and deliver people strategies that align with business goals. This is not a traditional HR role. With a centralised ER team managing casework, the focus is on true business partnering, bringing insight, challenge, and expertise to the leadership table. The successful candidate will have the resilience and confidence to work with strong personalities, influence decision making and drive change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Planning: Work in close partnership with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies and workforce plans that directly support the organisation's goals.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor and credible challenger to leadership teams, providing expert HR insight and driving strategic decision-making.
  • Talent & Early Careers: Collaborate with CoE teams and managers to assess workforce needs and design effective talent solutions, including recruitment, succession planning and early careers programmes.
  • Performance & Development: Drive a high-performance culture by embedding effective performance frameworks, supporting managers to set clear expectations and develop their teams.
  • Organisational Development & Change: Identify opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness and lead change initiatives that strengthen business capability and performance.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Partner with the CoE to ensure reward frameworks remain competitive and aligned with talent attraction and retention objectives.
  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Champion initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive culture and enhance engagement and wellbeing across the workforce.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure policies, processes and practices are legally compliant, consistent, and aligned with best practice standards.
