Are you passionate about making a difference through strategic HR support and people-focused solutions? Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and help shape the future of our workforce.

As an HR Business Partner, you will provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the Service, supporting the implementation of policies and procedures that reflect best practice and legal compliance. You’ll work closely with district and departmental management teams, contributing to organisational development, employee relations, and transformational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting disciplinary, grievance, and capability processes
  • Leading investigations and advising on complex employment matters
  • Supporting organisational change and consultation with Representative Bodies
  • Delivering HR-related training and contributing to policy development
Experience / Qualification
  • CIPD Membership
  • Has strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Can build effective relationships with managers and stakeholders
  • Is confident in handling complex casework and investigations
  • Has experience in organisational change and employee relations
