Main duties of the job

As an HR Business Partner at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for partnering with managers to resolve employee relations matters, leading on health & wellbeing initiatives, reviewing and evolving HR policies, coaching leaders to manage people issues, interpreting employee data to drive smarter decisions, supporting key HR projects, and staying ahead of employment law and HR best practices.

Were currently looking for an experiencedHR Business Partnerto join our fantastic People Team. This role will be covering homes across our Norfolk and Midlands regions whilst also supporting colleagues in our Support Centre based in Northampton If youre ready to lead with heart and drive positive change across our business, wed love to hear from you.

The Role

As our HR Business Partner, youll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across the business. Youll bring strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and practical HR expertise to drive real impactfrom employee relations and wellbeing to policy development and organisational change.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Partnering with managers to resolve employee relations matters with confidence and care
  • Leading on health & wellbeing initiatives, including occupational health and return-to-work strategies
  • Reviewing and evolving HR policies to keep us compliant, consistent, and compassionate
  • Coaching leaders to manage people issues independently and effectively
  • Interpreting employee data to uncover trends and drive smarter decisions
  • Supporting key HR projects and contributing to continuous improvement across the business
  • Staying ahead of employment law and HR best practices to keep us future-ready
