As an HR Business Partner at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for partnering with managers to resolve employee relations matters, leading on health & wellbeing initiatives, reviewing and evolving HR policies, coaching leaders to manage people issues, interpreting employee data to drive smarter decisions, supporting key HR projects, and staying ahead of employment law and HR best practices.

This role will be covering homes across our Norfolk and Midlands regions whilst also supporting colleagues in our Support Centre based in Northampton If youre ready to lead with heart and drive positive change across our business, wed love to hear from you.
