You’ll support a dedicated business area, working closely with leaders to deliver true business partnering across ER, change, people planning and the full colleague lifecycle.

What you'll be doing:
  • Providing confident, pragmatic advice across complex ER and performance matters
  • Leading on change activity and supporting transformational projects
  • Developing people plans and using data/insights to drive improvements
  • Coaching managers and building capability across your business area
  • Partnering closely with a strong team of HRBPs in a supportive, values-led environment
What you'll need:
  • Solid HRBP experience
  • Strong ER background & employment law knowledge
  • Ability to challenge, influence and push back when needed
  • Resilience, credibility & great relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach
