We are excited to collaborate with a top-tier luxury retail brand in London for the recruitment of a HR Business Partner role.

They are seeking an experienced HR professional proficient in recruitment, TUPE, ER, redundancies, learning & development, and strategic HR. The ideal candidate should be proactive and open to weekly store visits as part of their support duties.

Your responsibilities will include :
  • Developing HR strategies & policies
  • Being first point of contact for all employees and dealing with their queries and providing advice inline with company policies & procedures
  • Assess current HR plans & policies and implementing improvements
  • Managing internal recruitment processes including creating job descriptions and working with hiring managers to improve their own hiring processes
  • Providing support & advice to managers on employee relation issues inline with legislation
  • Managing formal employee relations processes including hearings
  • Coaching on performance management processes & reviews whilst making improvements where necessary
  • Identifying training requirements and providing advice on appropriate training courses
  • Managing any HR projects alongside the relevant stakeholders

To be successful, you will be expected to stay up to date with HR & employment law legislation and to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all departments.

Additionally, you’ll be CIPD qualified and have strong employee relations and employment law experience.
