A growing industrial group is seeking an HR Business Partner to support employee relations and wider HR strategy across multiple sites. The role requires strong employee-relations experience and a CIPD qualification. Responsibilities include guiding managers in employee relations casework, facilitating learning and development, and contributing to a new people strategy. With a hybrid working model, the position offers a competitive package including salary, pension, and generous holiday allowance.
8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, 40‑hour week with flexibility. Hybrid role.
Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire.
Salary: Circa £50,000 package (includes car allowance).
