Qualifications

  • Minimum of zero to three (0 - 3) years of HR experience or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Keeps abreast of changes in the business and counsels client groups on workplace impacts.
  • Works towards standardization of processes and practices in HR delivery.
  • Facilitates talent management processes for client groups.
  • Supports workforce planning, staffing, and recruitment efforts.
  • Ensures HRIS records accuracy within client group.

Skills

Strong knowledge of government regulations related to HR issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Working knowledge of Expatriate Assignment issues

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities


  • Keeps abreast of changes in the business and proactively counsels client groups on potential impacts on the workplace and the workforce.

  • Works towards standardization of processes and practices in all areas of HR delivery.

  • Facilitates the customer’s talent management processes (performance management, succession planning, career development planning) such that the client is provided with prepared, qualified internal candidates and provides employees with career growth opportunities.

  • Coordinates various personnel movements with other company locations.

  • Supports delivery and execution of workforce planning, staffing, and recruitment efforts.

  • Ensures accurate Human Resource Information System (HRIS) records within client group by actively coordinating HR data management activities.

  • Establishes HR visibility and fosters a positive employee-relations environment within the client group via field visits and client leadership team participation.

  • Assists with employee counseling, coaching, terminations, and investigations of alleged harassment, discrimination, or other inappropriate workplace behavior.

  • Works on special projects as assigned.

  • Facilitates special projects as assigned within their client group.

  • Travels to visit assigned offshore units, where permitted, as and when required.



Qualifications / Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.

  • Preferred HR Professional Certification such as SHRM or CIPD or equivalent.

  • Minimum of zero to three (0 - 3) years of HR experience or in a similar role.
