Overview

We are looking for a HR Business Analyst to join a Pharmaceutical & healthcare company based in Warwick (CV34).

Hybrid role - 2 days in the office, work from home 3 days per week. Salary £35,000 per annum. Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays). 11 Month Fixed term contract. Responsibilities
  • As a HR Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering training programmes to support colleagues in moving from Itrent to Dayforce system. You'll design clear training materials, provide hands-on workshops, and act as a point of contact for user queries, helping to embed new processes and ensure seamless system performance.
  • You will play a key role in the HR & Payroll platform project by auditing and cleansing data prior to migration, testing data flows, building Power BI/Business Objects reports, and ensuring the integrity of HR data post-implementation.
  • Some flexibility is required for this role as operation is 24 hours and there training out of normal office hours will be needed on occasion.
  • Ideally you will be an experienced HR Business Analyst ideally from a L&D background with excellent communication skills, experience with HR or payroll systems, and a passion for helping people gain confidence with technology.
  • Design and deliver training sessions on HR systems (including iTrent) for staff across the business.
  • Create user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries, providing technical support and guidance.
  • Support system upgrades, implementations, and new process rollouts with tailored training.
  • Work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to identify training needs and address knowledge gaps.
  • Ensure user compliance with processes and promote best practice.
  • Contribute to HR projects, supporting system improvements and embedding change.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Strong HR systems knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging training to colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience with HR or payroll systems; from a L&D background preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
