Interim People Business Partner


  • £50,000

  • 6-month FTC

  • 4 days on site initially (potential for 3 days per week)

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • Blackheath


I’m working with a values-led charity who are looking for an Interim People Business Partner to join their small, dynamic People team during an exciting period of change.


The Role

You’ll work closely with the Interim Head of People and senior managers, acting as a trusted advisor across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. From business partnering and employee relations to recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems development, this role offers real variety and the chance to shape people practices.


What You’ll Bring


  • CIPD Level 5 (working towards Level 7).


  • Proven HR advisory/business partnering experience.


  • Must have lead independently on employee relations cases end to end


  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.


  • Excellent coaching, communication, and influencing skills.


  • Experience in change management and organisational development.


  • A values-led, solutions-focused approach.
