Role Overview
The HR Coordinator/Assistant will support daily HR operations, focusing on employee lifecycle management and HR policy implementation. Working with the Head of HR, the role involves designing and delivering processes, automating systems, and providing HR guidance to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Resourcing: Candidate attraction, graduate recruitment, interview support, managing recruitment agencies, and contract generation.
- Payroll & Benefits: Enhancing processes and managing HR calendar events aligned with payroll cycles.
- Talent Administration: Assisting in designing and implementing talent development programs, professional qualifications, and graduate rotations.
- HR Queries: Coordinating responses, analyzing trends, and improving communication.
- Mailbox Management: Responding to HR & recruitment emails and escalating when necessary.
- HR System Implementation: Supporting automation and reporting improvements.
- Policy Review: Assisting in reviewing and streamlining HR policies.
- Records Management: Ensuring GDPR compliance and effective record keeping.
- Employee Lifecycle: Preparing employment contracts, change letters, and recruitment documents.
- Compliance: Ensuring processes meet legislative requirements, including reference, credit, and DBS checks.
- Onboarding: Facilitating effective employee engagement during onboarding.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying gaps and implementing innovative HR solutions.

Location and Working Hours
- Based in London Head Office, currently in High Holborn
- Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid work model with at least three days in the office
