Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, accurate first-line HR support to employees and managers.
  • Deliver admin support across recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll changes and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR and compliance standards are met.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure a smooth new starter experience.
  • Update HR systems and produce basic reports.
  • Manage shared inboxes and support wider HR projects and process improvements.

You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries and play a key role in keeping our HR processes running smoothly across the full employee lifecycle. Key tasks
  • Provide proactive, accurate first‑line HR support to employees and managers.

The person we are seeking
Essential
  • Experience working in a busy office environment.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
It would be great if you also had
  • Level 3 admin/HR/business qualification or CIPD Level 3
  • Experience in HR
