A growing technology firm in Portsmouth is seeking an experienced HR professional to assist with recruitment and manage HR processes. The role requires a confident communicator with a strong understanding of UK Employment Law and HR best practices. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and ensuring compliance with Right to Work checks. The ideal candidate should have a CIPD Level 3 qualification, with excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in key software applications. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.

Our market ready platform, VICTA, is an optionally crewed / payload carrying dual-domain platform designed to operate at speed over range, capable of rapid transition beneath the surface to operate submerged, enabling the discreet delivery of effects within contested waters. It is a unique, innovative British platform focused primarily on the defence market but with utility beyond.
Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum Existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with Security Check likely for specific projects.
