Overview

The HR Assistant will be a key member of a small, high-performing Support team that has ambitious plans for growth and strong support for creative ideas and professional development. They will assist with a wide range of HR tasks, including the recruitment and onboarding of new staff. They will also assist with tasks such as creating job descriptions, monitoring staff training and maintaining the SCR for ISI Inspections. Eaton House Schools is looking for an individual with a 'can do' attitude to join their team of support staff. The HR Assistant will assist in all areas of the HR function across five schools that operate across two sites. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for HR who is looking for an entry level position where they are keen to learn and develop their skills.
