Are you a proactive, detail‑driven HR professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast‑paced environment? Our client, a leading medical equipment manufacturer, is looking for a HR Coordinator to support their EMEA operations. This part‑time role is perfect for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact while working three full days per week on‑site in Castle Donington.

About the Role

As the HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations across the EMEA region. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, take ownership of critical administrative processes, and be a trusted partner to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage staff holidays across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy
  • Own the onboarding process end‑to‑end, including:
    • Ordering laptops, phones, and equipment
    • Coordinating system access
    • Scheduling new joiner introductory meetings
    • Ensuring a smooth, welcoming start for all new hires
  • Maintain and update HR systems with employee data, changes, and documentation
  • Provide day‑to‑day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding preparation
  • Support H&S administration, including training records, compliance tracking, and documentation
  • Assist managers with HR queries and provide guidance on policies and processes
  • Contribute to HR and engagement projects across the EMEA region
About You
  • Experience in an HR support or coordination role, ideally within a multi‑country or EMEA environment
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who builds trust and rapport easily
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Familiar with HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive mindset – someone who spots what needs doing and gets it done
