A leading recruitment agency in Wrexham is looking for an Organisational Development & Diversity Assistant to provide administrative support in education. This part-time temporary position involves handling employee lifecycle processes and supporting equality and diversity initiatives, offering an hourly rate of £13.50. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent IT proficiency, and a proactive approach. The role has an immediate start date and runs until November 28, 2025.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to work well in a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Role Details

This is a temporary part-time role within education, based in Wrexham, working 26 hours per week. The position is offered at £13.50 per hour, with an immediate start and running until 28th November 2025 initially.
