A global business is seeking a remote HR Analyst to shape data-driven people decisions. You’ll partner with leaders across HR, Finance and Operations to :
Strong experience in HR data analysis, workforce planning or similar analytical roles.
Excellent Excel skills (Power BI, SQL or Tableau experience a plus).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear insight.
Great communication skills - comfortable influencing and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Highly organised, detail‑oriented and confident managing multiple projects.
