A leading HR solutions provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support their existing team. The successful candidate will be required to travel across England three to four days a week, providing guidance to management on HR matters. This role is crucial in supporting the team for a period of three months. Strong stakeholder management skills and HR experience of over five years are essential. This position offers the flexibility of working from home when not traveling.
We have a contract for a strong HR Generalist (5 years+ experience?) to work with an organisation, who have sites across England and who need this person to travel on a regular basis. The successful candidate should expect to be travelling 3/4 days per week and to work from home for the rest of the week.
It doesn't matter where you are based but you must be willing to do a considerable amount of travel (expenses paid).
You will be working with an existing HR Team, who have been depleted by illness and need an additional pair of hands for the next 3 months. Whilst on site, you will be required to provide guidance to the management team on various matters, so strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
