A large organisation in South Benfleet is looking for an HR professional on a fixed-term contract for approximately one year. This role involves providing high-quality HR advice and administrative support while working within a collaborative team. Key responsibilities include advising on disciplinary issues, coaching managers, and managing payroll and recruitment processes. Candidates should have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, strong organisational skills, and prior HR experience. A hybrid work model is available, with occasional travel required.
We are looking for an all rounder HR professional to join a large organisation on a fixed term contract for around 1 year. You will work within a collaborative team to deliver high quality advice and administrative HR support.
You will be based mainly from their Benfleet branch, but occasional travel to another site will also be needed so own transport and flexibility is essential.
