Have you conducted disciplinary and absence management meetings, demonstrating your ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care? Are you experienced in recruiting and onboarding staff? Then, this could be the job for you! We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our team and help us continue to create a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct disciplinary, grievance, and absence management meetings with confidence and professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships quickly and effectively with employees and managers alike.
  • Advise and coach managers on all aspects of people management, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Bring your experience in an educational setting (preferable but not essential) to enhance our HR practices.
