GXO is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our Nestlé contract at our flagship site at East Midlands Gateway. You'll be at the heart of our people strategy, supporting the HR Manager and site leadership to drive engagement, development, and operational excellence across a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract/internal secondment, offering a fantastic opportunity to join the HR team and make a real impact in a cutting-edge, automated logistics environment.
The hours of work are 37.5, Monday to Friday.
You'll be paid a salary of £34,000 - £36,000 per annum, dependent upon experience. You\'ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
