About the Role

The HR Advisor delivers a proactive people-focused service supporting managers with day-to-day HR matters and fostering a positive workplace culture. Reporting to the HR Business Partner the role ensures smooth HR operations while driving engagement coaching and continuous improvement aligned with business values.

Key areas of focus
  • Coach and support managers on performance conduct and absence to build confident leadership.
  • Champion colleague engagement and wellbeing ensuring every voice is heard and valued.
  • Drive fair inclusive recruitment and onboarding to set new starters up for success.
  • Deliver training and promote continuous learning to boost leadership capability across the site.
  • Provide clear consistent HR advice while supporting positive employee relations and inclusion.
  • Use HR data to spot trends ensure compliance and support key people projects with the HRBP.
We’re looking for

A candidate that can demonstrable experience as an HR Advisor with a solid understanding of UK employment legislation and its practical application in the workplace. Theyll be confident navigating best practice HR approaches and bring well-developed IT skills across databases Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential along with excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively across all levels of the business.
