A leading defense and aerospace company in Coningsby is looking for an HR support professional to aid HR Managers in implementing the People Plan. You'll leverage HR insights to guide operational changes and enhance People Manager capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or project-based environments, coupled with a strong understanding of employment legislation. The role supports HR Managers and People Managers in planning and implementing the People Plan within a business or business unit. It draws on extensive HR and business knowledge to investigate, analyse and challenge, offering clear recommendations and solutions that drive the effective deployment and integration of HR initiatives across the organisation.
