Job Description
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
- Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Advise managers and staff on HR best practices to foster a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with the wider team on HR projects and organisational initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Prior experience in a HR Advisor role, preferably within the education sector.
- A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR practices.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A relevant qualification in human resources or equivalent experience is advantageous.
