Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent an experienced school HR Advisor for a specialist trust based in Birmingham, West Midlands (B12). We are supporting a well-established, friendly team with their recruitment need for a temporary HR Advisor to start in January 2026 in an interim role.

If you are an experienced HR Advisor, who is either available immediately or thinking of reaching out to discuss new job opportunities within Birmingham, West Midlands (B12) for January 2026 we would be keen to speak with you. We are a locally based, family run recruitment business specialising in Education. With over 15 years worth of experience supporting education settings and candidates across primary, secondary and SEND divisions.

This office job is offered on a part‑time basis (22.5 hours per week) to begin immediately, with the potential to continue for the remainder of next year. You will also have the option to apply on a more direct basis. The trust are looking for an experienced HR candidate who has supported within a similar role in an office environment for a minimum of six months. Education experience is not necessary but would be advantageous. A flexible working pattern can be discussed, either as three full days (7.5 hours per day, Wednesday to Friday) or five part‑time days (4.5 hours per day).

A relevant UK based administrative qualification.

Substantial experience working within an education setting.

All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
