A leading geotechnical contractor is seeking an HR Administrator (Vetting) to support their team on a significant infrastructure project. This role involves managing security vetting and onboarding processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, previous HR experience, and excel in a fast-paced environment. The GSA is a key delivery partner within the Sizewell C nuclear new‑build programme on the Suffolk coast. The alliance brings together specialist engineering organisations responsible for preparing the ground for construction—using advanced geotechnical techniques such as piling, diaphragm walling, soil mixing and grouting.
As part of a large, collaborative and high‑performing team, you will play a vital role in enabling a safe, compliant and efficient workforce onboarding process for one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Administrator (Vetting) to support the HR function and on‑site project teams. You will be responsible for administering security vetting, right‑to‑work checks, visa support and other compliance processes, ensuring that all workers join the project smoothly and in line with legal and project requirements.
