Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join a client in the nuclear industry. Responsibilities include handling HR administration and providing advice to management on various HR matters. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification and previous HR administration experience. What will you be doing
  • You will be handling day-to-day HR administration and provide basic advice to managers across areas like onboarding, leavers, absence, learning and development and recruitment
  • Keeping HR records, systems and personnel files accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the HRBP and senior team with monthly people reports
  • Assisting with employee relations matters such as disciplinary, grievance and capability cases and carrying out exit interviews when needed
  • Help with HR and business projects
Where will you be doing it

Our client operates in the nuclear and defence sector and was founded over 50 years ago.

What you'll need
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or a L&D qualification
  • Previously worked as a HR administration
  • Experience with SAP employee central is desirable
  • Experience within a manufacturing or aerospace environment is also desirable
