About the Role

We are looking for a detail-orientated HR Administrator to join our HR team at Beeks Group. This is a dynamic generalist role, providing essential support to the HR team and working closely with the HR Advisor across all areas of the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will get a buzz out of working in a fast-paced environment and will bring strong organisational skills with an eye for detail. This is not your typical HR Administrator role, with priorities changing regularly, you will be involved in a broad range of HR activities and will play a key role within the team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support the full recruitment process, including candidate management and coordination.
  • Maintain and update our Application Tracking System (ATS), including scheduling interviews and issuing feedback.
  • Conduct background checks and verify right to work documentation.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding for new employees through our HR platform, hibob.
  • Maintain accurate employee records by updating information on hibob.
  • Coordinate the annual roll out of compliance training and ensure key company policies are reviewed by all staff.
  • Provide support in the coordination, administration, and rollout of group training.
  • Produce HR reports, including absence and annual leave usage reports.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrolment for new joiners and updates for existing employees.
  • Provide general administration support across all HR activities.

  • An appreciation of HR Best practice.
  • An understanding of UK employment law.
Desirable Qualifications/Experience
  • University level education in HR or business related subject.
  • Currently working in a trainee HR Administrative position.
  • CIPD Level 3/5 Certificate.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
