Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Provide support on HR policies and procedures, advising managers and staff where appropriate to ensure best practice is followed.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organisation.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation, including payroll input, absence records, and other HR metrics, utilising Microsoft Office Suite efficiently.
  • Support internal communications and team initiatives, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment across departments.
