A leading school in Cobham is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join their HR Operations Team. This full-time position involves maintaining compliance with employment law, supporting payroll, and providing comprehensive HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have previous HR administration experience, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of UK employment law. This role offers a salary of £26k-£28,600 with great benefits including private healthcare and generous holiday allowance.

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, 08:30 - 16:30

A leading school are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their HR Operations Team. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the Schools remain compliant with UK employment law and ISI regulations, while supporting staff and managers with efficient, confidential and customer-focused HR administration.
This is a varied role, offering the opportunity to support compliance, payroll, recruitment, induction, and employee lifecycle administration, as well as to contribute to process improvements across the HR function.
