A leading provider of commercial spaces in the UK is seeking an HR administrator to ensure smooth department operations. The successful candidate will handle employee administration, provide support for HR policies, and manage records. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required, alongside experience using HR software. The role supports a diverse and inclusive workplace and offers comprehensive benefits.
The HR administrator ensures the smooth operation of the HR department through a variety of essential tasks. They will provide administrative support, maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and process employment documentation. As well as handle employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. They will also support payroll processing, organise training sessions, assist with performance appraisals, and help implement HR policies and procedures.
