Overview

HR Administrator at Service Care Solutions

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Support/ HR Administrator to join a leading Housing Association based in Ealing, supporting their busy People Services team with a wide range of employee lifecycle administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer onboarding, DBS checks, Right to Work, references and benefits processes using internal systems
  • Utilise Zellis Background Checks (ZBC) portal to manage DBS renewals and new starter vetting
  • Manage and resolve employee enquiries through Service Now, escalating when required
  • Raise and process HR purchase orders and invoices using D365 P2P, ensuring correct coding and timely payments
  • Maintain and update HR systems (Cornerstone & Resource Link) in line with GDPR requirements
  • Support payroll‑related administration and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
  • Assist People Services projects and BAU activities to improve processes and service delivery
<3>The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar HR or People Services administrative role within a busy environment, with the ability to manage high‑volume tasks accurately and efficiently.

Essential Requirements
  • Experience of supporting HR/People processes such as onboarding, DBS, Right to Work or benefits administration
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with employees and managers
  • Understanding of GDPR and handling confidential employee data
Contract

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00
Length of Contract: 3-Month Temporary Contract
Pay Rate: £18.76 per hour LTD
The PAYE equivalent is £16.10 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.
