Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, an excellent local business to recruit a HR Administrator, on a full-time permanent basis. This is a unique business which has experienced considerable growth in recent years due to their specialist product offering and talented internal team, so there is no better time to join and become a part of this success story.

The Role
  • Administrative tasks including arranging appointment, data entry and reporting.
  • Assisting with various aspects of recruitment, including RTW checks, producing contracts alongside the on boarding of new starts.
  • Maintaining of internal files including monitoring forms, absences etc.
  • Working closely with managers and various other internal departments.
The Person
  • A strong administrator, who is confident working in a busy environment, someone who has a keen interest in HR.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Someone who can work to tight deadlines, maintaining a strong level of confidentially.
  • IT proficient, with a strong knowledge of Excel.

The package for this role includes a salary of £24,500- £26,500 depending on experience and an attractive benefits package, which can be discussed upon first conversation with Honeycomb. This role is based fully on site, in Dunmurry, with a working week of Monday- Friday 8:00-4:30. This is an excellent role which will offer someone the opportunity to work within an excellent organisation with great opportunities for progression.
