Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, file management, and record keeping.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and update employee files as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination and planning of HR programs and events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR department.
