Job Description
  • Support the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Provide guidance to staff on HR-related queries and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
