Overview

Housing Transactions Officer (P01630) Starting salary £28,426 with potential progression to £34,011 on achieving designated skills and experience. 37 hours (hybrid working).

You will provide a proactive, comprehensive and high-quality back-office housing rent transactions service through the management and maintenance of the rent accounts for council tenants of Welwyn Hatfield. You will undertake all aspects of rent accounting for dwelling and garage tenancies in accordance with current audit, accounting and legislative practice and process and manage individual rent accounts carrying out accurate and timely daily, weekly and monthly system processing. This role offers variety and the opportunity to work closely with internal colleagues while delivering excellent internal customer service.

Office in White Lion Square, Hatfield. Flexible working arrangements available.
