A local district council in the United Kingdom is seeking a Housing Systems Officer to develop and optimise their NEC Housing System. North Kesteven District Council is seeking an experienced Housing Systems application specialist to develop and optimise our NEC Housing System. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing a wide range of NEC Housing modules from Repairs, Rents, Housing Mobile, Compliance modules. You will drive innovation, ensure system integrity and deliver the Housing and Property ICT Plan for service improvements that benefit our tenants and officers. You will provide system support to users, including creating and maintaining user accounts, ensuring service continuity with day‑to‑day tasks, rent year end processing and working with the software supplier to identify and develop service enhancements.
You will be required to apply a high level of attention to detail, be conscientious when carrying out this role, to support the delivery of Housing and Property Service at a technical level and show an appreciation of the contribution local government can make to the welfare of the people living, working, and visiting the district.
