The role

We’re seeking a Housing Solutions Officer for a 2-month office-based assignment. You’ll be working directly with residents to assess housing needs, prevent homelessness, and provide tailored housing advice in line with the Housing Act 1996.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out face-to-face housing needs assessments
  • Deliver creative housing solutions and homelessness prevention support
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
  • Maintain accurate case records
  • Work across Huddersfield and Dewsbury Library Hubs
What the client offers
  • Full-time (37 hrs/week), Monday–Friday
