We have an exciting permanent opportunity to join Housing Services in East Renfrewshire. You will be joining an ambitious and supportive team in the role of Housing Services Manager (Strategic Change, Planning & Support).

In this role you will lead the delivery of all strategy, policy and performance areas of the service, ensuring that strategic business and financial planning is conducted effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of strategy, policy and performance areas of the Housing Services.
  • Ensure that strategic business and financial planning is conducted effectively.
  • Strive to find positive outcomes for Housing Services, its tenants, customers and partners.
  • Focus on service improvement and ensuring high quality, safe and secure housing for residents.
Working arrangements

Depending upon the needs of the service, staff in Hybrid roles may have the opportunity to work from home for up to 40% of the time where the needs of the service can still be met.
